SmartX was named an Asia/Pacific Customer’s Choice in the recently released “Voice of the Customer for Full-Stack Hyperconverged Infrastructure Software” by Gartner. This marks the third consecutive year of SmartX being named an APAC Customers’ Choice for HCI software.
The report included 11 worldwide vendors. The recognition and analysis are based on eligible published views during the specified 18-month submission period. Overall, SmartX was rated 4.9 out of 5 stars, with 100% of reviewers saying they would recommend SmartX products.
In the SmartX Vendor Summary section, SmartX received a 4.8/5 in product capabilities, sales experience, deployment experience, and a 5/5 in support experience.
So far, SmartX’s HCI software SMTX OS has received 141 ratings on the website of Gartner Peer Insights.
